Bobai is currently the Monitoring and Evaluation Unit Head, saddled with the responsibility to ensure quality assurance in monitoring and evaluation tools for efficient and effective implementation at Kaduna State Resident Identity Management Agency.

He has over five (5) years of progressive experience in field work, monitoring and evaluation, demonstrated research, analysis and synthesis skills. He has been a proficient data analyst with proven ability to identify, collect data and concisely interpret data for support management decisions, knowledge and experience in populating, tracking and reporting metrics. He is passionate and has a special interest to channel his career journey in data science with machine learning (ML).

He holds both Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Computer Science from Kaduna State University.
