Hafsat holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting from Kaduna Polytechnic, a Post graduate Diploma and Master degree in Development Studies from Nigeria Defence Academy. She also holds a certificate on project management and has wide range of experience in planning and implementation of programs.

She is an experienced Program and Admin Officer with several non-governmental organizations where she worked closely with program staff and stakeholders to engage communities and support development programs.

She joined Kaduna state civil service in the year 2022 and currently serves as Admin Officer with KADRIMA.
