As unit Head, Inter Agency, he designs and implements the framework for interacting with sister agencies in various sectors and across various levels of government. He also coordinates relevant corporate communications in the government and non – governmental circles. 

He has about eight years of experience as a School Teacher and Administrator. He specializes in the areas of customer service & operations, coordinating relationship with partners & stakeholders, a diplomat with expertise in problem solving, planning and conflict management/resolution.

Hassan has a Bachelor of Science Degree in International Studies from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, a Post Graduate Diploma of Education from the National Teachers Institute and he is a certified member of Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria. He holds an MSc in Defence and Strategic Studies from the Nigerian Defence Academy Kaduna.
