Dr Zayyad Tsiga is currently the Executive Secretary and Chief Executive Officer of the Agency. He further serves as the Council Secretary for the Kaduna State Economic Development Council, sits on the Board of Zaria Metropolitan Authority, and is a Fellow with the Nigerian Economic Summit Group. Prior to being the Executive Secretary, he was a Special Assistant to the Governor on Economic Matters.

Dr Tsiga holds a PhD in IT and Operations Management from Nottingham University Business School. His primary research focused on open standards in inter- organizational contexts.

He also has a Master’s degree in Management of IT from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information Technology from Coventry University (First Class Honors).

His Technical expertise include; business analysis, business strategy, project management, business simulation and information systems development.
